KAMSC MICROBIOLOGY (H) A college level course designed to introduce students to the various roles microorganisms play as they relate to human activities.  Laboratory work includes microbial techniques in culturing, staining, and enumeration of microorganisms from soil, water, food, and humans.  Lecture, extensive labs, guest lectures, and field trips are utilized to discuss metabolism, genetics and disease potential of these organisms.
