Marlene Ingles started working in the KAMSC office in 2010. Her Michigan public education career started in 2000, working for the Port Huron Area School District for 6 years. After moving to her birth place, the Upper Peninsula, she was employed by the (rural) Superior Central School District until being hired by the Marquette Area Public Schools where she worked until relocating to Southwest MI. The Grand Rapids Public Schools employed Marlene until she received the "calling" for KAMSC. After years of working for various schools, Marlene asserts, "This is where I want to be until I retire. The staff and students are wonderful and I have such a sense of "home" at KAMSC." Prior to Michigan public schools, Marlene had been employed as a banking assistant manager in the Port Huron area, working in the financial industry for 13 years.
